Room was very spacious and modern/updated. Facilities like gym and pool. Proximity to beach. Restaurant in lobby was great. Felt like it was great value!

Great location- beachfront and next to entertaining venues with great music and food! It has a nice “boardwalk” to its beach access and has awesome outdoor showers to wash off the sand. It’s the last big hotel on SPI, so you are next to a protected beach park that has a more secluded feel if you prefer that! Huge pool with lots of seating and 2 hot tubs—very nice!

The location was EVERYTHING!!! The ramp that took u to the beach was nice. It literally took us less than 5 mins to check in the hotel. Our room was clean and to me, its a plus that the air conditioning unit went all the way down to the 50’s. (Super hot outside). Our balcony was huge and faced the firework show that they do every night. The pool area was so beautiful. Theres a bar poolside and the service was excellent. The pool water was warm and the chlorine was perfect, it didn’t burn ur eyes. We paid for the breakfast to be included in our room price and it was so worth it. Its a restaurant, On The Border, inside the hotel, and that’s where u eat breakfast. You get to choose from the regular menu. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was convenient. They give u a parking decal, so that only their guests could park there. I didn’t meet an unkind staff member there. EVERYONE was super nice, respectful, and professional. We’re definitely staying there again next time we go back to SPI.

The room was spacious and comfortable, only wish there was more lighting in the room. There are eco-friendly bath/body products available in the bathroom: shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and lotion. Restaurant onsite was delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were several bars to choose from: inside lobby area, pool area and by beach access. Pool is fabulous! They have a huge pool and two hot tubs. Security was available to make sure only hotel guests were in the pool area. One elevator was down, but it wasn't much of an inconvenience for me. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

My stay was excellent. Staff super friendly. Restaurant at the hotel was good. They are open till 10 so was perfect for my family. They had good selección of breakfast and lunch for reasonable price. Good service. Room was quiet and clean. Bed was confortable and clean. Pool and outside area was always clean. If you like to drink they have on site bars, at the beach and inside the hotel. My stay was perfect. I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping is only available upon request, but if you spot a cart, you can ask for more towels, shampoo, and toilet paper, and they were always happy to supply us what we needed. On the Border had a fantastic breakfast. The menu is not a buffet. The best thing to do is get it included with your room. The prices are about 11.99 and then 7.99 for kids. The migas were so good as well as the churro french toast. We really enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The pool was also fantastic. Really clean, and warm, maybe heated. Kids loved it. Very clean property. Beach access is awesome. Fireworks on Friday and Saturday were really good. We stayed 4 nights. Next time we will stay longer. Wonderful trip.

We had an ocean view, but the newly built bar on the beach obscured some of the view. I know many hotels allow pets, but I am uncomfortable with sleeping in a bed that someone's pet slept in.
